1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using Sponsor Sorter, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your country.
Accurate, complete, and updated registration information is required.
You are responsible for maintaining your account’s security and confidentiality.

3. Platform Rules

Sponsors and sponsees must interact honestly and professionally.
No fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities are permitted.
Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved via Sponsor Sorter’s support channels.

4. Offers & Agreements

Offer terms, deliverables, and payments must be mutually agreed in writing on the platform.
Breach of agreed terms may result in suspension or account removal.
Both parties must honor deliverables, payment schedules, and deadlines as agreed in each offer.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Do not upload copyrighted or unauthorized content.
You grant Sponsor Sorter the right to use uploaded logos/media solely for platform features and promotion.
Respect the rights and privacy of all users and third parties.

6. Payment & Fees

All payment arrangements and amounts are agreed between sponsor and sponsee.
Sponsor Sorter may deduct a platform fee or commission if described elsewhere.
Chargebacks, failed payments, or suspected fraud may result in account action.

7. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.
Either party may close their account at any time from the account settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Sponsor Sorter constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Sponsor Sorter is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for user conduct, third-party actions, or external links. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
