Use the Finder to search profiles, browse public offers or discover groups. Check a potential partner’s content and profile before discussing a campaign. Creating a profile does not guarantee a sponsorship.

Set out the content deliverables, publishing platforms, amount, deadline and payment schedule. Discuss usage rights, approvals and any exclusivity before accepting. Use the offer’s comments to keep the discussion with the campaign.

Your dashboard groups offers by status. Open an offer to review its details, comments and content updates. The workflow moves from the offer being sent and accepted through content creation, publication and completion.

Discuss the change with your partner through the offer’s comments. Keep a record of the agreed requirements and any updates. Use the available reporting tools for concerning content or contact support. Read the Terms of Service for the applicable rules.

Check that you are using the email address you registered with. Use Forgot your password? on the login page to request a reset link. Never send your password or verification codes to another user.

Available platforms provide different connection methods and profile information. Use the connection controls in your account and review the permissions requested by the platform. Some platforms use a manually entered handle. A displayed handle alone is not proof of account ownership.

Confirm that you are signed into the intended social account and that you meet that platform’s account requirements. Retry from your account’s connection controls. If it still fails, contact support with the platform name and error message. Do not include passwords, access tokens or verification codes.

The creator Free plan costs US$0/month. Pro costs US$10/month for creator or sponsor accounts. Sponsorship offers carry a 10% platform fee paid up front by the sponsor. Review the selected plan and final charges at checkout. View pricing.

Paid signup opens Stripe’s hosted checkout. Review the subscription details and amount there before paying. If checkout fails or you cannot access your account afterwards, contact support with the account email and payment reference. Do not share card details.
