📝 How do I create an account?
Click on the Sign Up button in the top right corner, select whether you're a Sponsor or Sponsee, and fill in your details. Verify your email to activate your account.
🔒 I’m having trouble logging in
Double-check your email and password. If you’ve forgotten your credentials, use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset.
📬 How do sponsorships work?
Sponsors send proposals through the platform. Once a sponsee accepts the offer, deliverables are agreed upon and tracked through our integrated workflow system.
💰 When do I get paid?
Payments are released after deliverables are marked as complete and the sponsor has confirmed satisfactory results. Some deals also offer 50% upfront payments.
🔍 Is my profile searchable?
Yes, if your profile meets our minimum verification and activity standards. A green check mark will appear on your dashboard when you're eligible.

Sign up as either a sponsor (brand/company) or sponsee (creator/influencer) using your email and a secure password. You'll need to verify your email to activate your account and unlock all features.
🔍 How do I get discovered?
Complete your profile, link your social platforms, and stay active. Verified and active profiles are featured more prominently in search results.
🤝 How do offers work?
Sponsors can create public or private offers. Creators apply (public) or receive direct invitations (private). Both sides negotiate and track offers within their dashboard.
💰 How does payment work?
Once deliverables are marked complete by the creator and confirmed by the sponsor, payments are processed via your selected payout method. Some offers support split or upfront payments.

Link your Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms from your profile page to display your audience reach and unlock more sponsorship opportunities.
🚩 Reporting & Moderation
If you encounter abusive behavior or scams, use the report buttons on profiles, offers, or messages. Our team (and FamBot) reviews all reports promptly.
🔒 Privacy & Data Requests
You can request a data export or permanent account deletion from your dashboard at any time. We are fully GDPR/CCPA compliant.
💸 How Do Refunds Work?
If you cancel a sponsorship offer before it is accepted by the creator, the amount you paid will be refunded directly to your Sponsor Sorter wallet.
Cancelled funds are instantly credited to your wallet. You can view your wallet balance at the top of your sponsor dashboard.
How to Refund:
Go to your Sponsor Dashboard
Find your active offers and click Cancel Offer on the offer you wish to cancel.
After confirmation, the offer will be marked cancelled and the offer amount refunded to your wallet.
Note: Offers can only be refunded/cancelled before they are accepted by a creator.
👛 Understanding Your Sponsor Sorter Wallet
Your wallet is a secure virtual balance within Sponsor Sorter. It holds:
Refunds from cancelled offers
Deposited or transferred funds
How to Use Your Wallet:
Request a Withdrawal: Click the wallet withdraw icon (💳) on your dashboard to transfer funds to your PayPal or bank account. Admin approval is required for withdrawals.
Pay for New Offers: Funds in your wallet can be used for new sponsorship offers on the platform.
Available wallet balance is always shown in green.
If you have a pending withdrawal, the wallet balance will show in orange until your request is processed.
